Food at the 2017 Charlbury Beer Festival

Food is underwent a transformation for the 20th Charlbury Beer Festival.


Old favourites and new tastes.

While keeping the old favourites Ed's Meat Feast with their hog roast, and Taste of Spice's Indian cuisine, we introduced Pitiguey Arepas, a Venezuelan-Mexican street food stall, and, whose street food is based on filled wraps.


Vegans and vegetarians.

With plenty of choice for meat eaters and vegetarians, we did something special for the increasing number of vegans:

Pitiguey Arepas, and Taste of Spice all offer delicious vegan dishes which went really well with our selection of vegan beers, wines and cider.

All four main food stalls catered for those on a gluten-free diet.


Cakes, teas, chips and sausage rolls!

The Lawrence Home Nursing Team tea & cake marquee was also very popular as were the traditional chips and sausage roll stalls.
