Live Music at Charlbury Beer Festival


Thank you to our sponsors Sonnox for supporting a great line up of acts for 2019. Live music kicks off at 1.00pm and goes right through the day till 9:30pm. Rock, folk, pop, rap, ska, blues … this year's amazing line-up covers it all!

NB: Band line up is subject to last minute change.




1.00-2.00: Seven O'Clock Junkies : two bands in one! Originals and covers of classics from the likes of REM

2.05-2.20: Charlbury Morris : (off stage) enjoy traditional Cotswold Morris style that is based on dance traditions from villages and towns as recorded by the legendary Cecil Sharp in the early 20th century

2.25-3.10: Generation Jones : the mellow sound of acoustic guitar and tight, smooth vocal harmonies - influenced by the work of James Taylor, Joni Mitchell, John Martyn, and Lennon and McCartney.

3.15-3.55: Emily Laura : beautiful acoustic interpretations of current popular songs and self-composed tunes, by up and coming singer-songwriter Emily.

3.55-4.10: Charlbury Morris : see 2.05

4.15-5.15: Ady Johnson : expect an amazing set of acoustic blues and folk influenced songs from BBC 6 Music favourite Ady.

5.35-6.35: Sir Loin and The Steaks : classic rock 'n' pop covers from Roxy Music to The Beatles and beyond from this great live act.

6.50-8.00: The Standard : joining us again after last year's amazing live set – this ten-piece band from Witney will rock your socks off!

8.15-9.30: Hope and Glory : Ska mad! Back by popular demand! Expect a roof raising set of ska and rude boy classics from this amazing seven-piece band
