Volunteering at Charlbury Beer Festival

Find out how to can help make the festival happen

Help on the weekend

CBF is organised and run exclusively by volunteers. Every year, an army of generous folk donate their time to make the festival happen. Whether it's welcoming guests at the gate, serving at the bar, or stewarding the Aunt Sally Championship, there are lots of jobs to do. The festival wouldn't be possible if it wasn't for the help of our community!

As a volunteer, you get free entry to the festival. You get a volunteer's t-shirt. You also get that warm fuzzy feeling from doing a good deed.

If you can donate at least two hours of your time on the day, we'd love to hear from you. We are especially grateful for people who can donate their time on the Friday or Sunday of the weekend, to help set up or take down.

Want to help organise the event?

Our committee is the heart of the festival. We meet ten times a year to plan the event and make decisions about which organisations to support. Ages and backgrounds vary, but we all share a desire to help our community.

If you'd like to be part of organising one of Charlbury's most important community events, please get in touch.
