Charlbury Beer Festival (CBF) is committed to providing a safe, harassment free and enjoyable event and applies to all in attendance, volunteers, suppliers, and committee members.

As a rule, be kind and always conduct yourself with courtesy and respect toward others. We do not tolerate harassment in any formand all communication and actions should be appropriate and inclusive for all audiences including people of diverse backgrounds, gender, sexual orientations, age, disability,physical appearance, body size, race, religionand culture.

Examples of unacceptable behaviour

• Unruly, disruptive or illegal in nature
• Obscene, offensive or abusive language, gestures or actions
• Verbal or physical harassment
• Unwelcome physical contact, sexual attention or advances
• Drunk and disorderly behaviour and fighting
