Saturday 28 June 2025, 12pm - 9pm.
Where is it?
Charlbury Cricket Club, opposite Charlbury railway station. OX7 3QG. We recommend arriving by train or bus. Parking is available at the station (operated by APCOA).
Are dogs allowed?
Sorry — with the exception of assistance animals, no dogs are permitted on site due to cricket club rules.
How much are tickets?
On the day, entry is £8 (free for under 18s). Beer and cider drinkers must purchase a festival glass and drink tokens. Our combo deal: £20 includes entry, a glass, and £10 of drink tokens.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
No outside alcohol is permitted — this is for licensing reasons and to support our fundraising efforts.
Can I bring my own glass/tankard?
Only official festival glasses can be used at the bar. You're welcome to pour your drink into a tankard afterward.
Are under 18s allowed?
Absolutely! CBF is a family-friendly event. Kids are very welcome — please just leave pets at home.
Can I park at the cricket club?
There's no parking on site. Please use the railway station car park opposite.
Do bars accept cards?
Yes — please bring a card for entry and drinks. Some food and soft drink stalls may accept cash too.
Will you run out of beer?
Some beers will run out as the day goes on. Arrive early for the full selection!
Who runs the festival?
CBF is a charitable event organised by local volunteers through Charlbury And Overseas Community Projects (registered charity no. 1110285). 100% of profits go toward community grants.
